Current requirements can be summarised as follows:
- Director level: Bringing your own portfolio of clients with a view to working on a largely self sufficient basis. Your expertise might build on exsting serivce lines, perhaps expanding in new territories, or bring diversification into a new sector.
- Associate level: Qualified RICS surveyor (1 to 4 years post qualified) to work with Directors in the Development team, primarily focussing on valuation and consultancy work streams, with some exposure to agency.
