Alex Entwisle

Alex is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. Alex has over 14 years’ worth of experience and joined Chesters Harcourt having led the Bristol Development and Consultancy Team at BNP Paribas Real Estate for a number of years.

Alex comes to Chesters Harcourt with considerable expertise and presence in the residential development land markets in the south-west, central southern England and Wales.  Alongside immediate and strategic land agency Alex undertakes advisory roles to include planning viability, development land appraisals, and tendering affordable housing opportunities.

He works with a varied client base in the public and private sectors as well as with individual landowners.
