David has been qualified in the property industry for over thirty years with roots in the national practices of Humbert's and Bruton Knowles. Based in Yeovil his clients take him across the South West for valuation, management and transactional assignments. 

As a Chartered Surveyor and registered RICS Valuer he carries tremendous General Practice knowledge across the main asset classes with a regional focus on Somerset and Dorset. 

David provides attentive advice to long established landlords, family trusts and commercial concerns in respect of their commercial property portfolios. With such experience he also has a strong reputation for providing formal asset valuations for rent reviews, balance sheets and inheritance tax purposes.
