Advice on option agreement to well respected local developer Stonewood, seeking to add value to about 25 acres of land with community benefits to school and open space. 

In sensitive location and requiring high quality execution to secure planning and meet landowner legacy requirements, in a place that at the time was not delivering. 

The scheme design and quality of build ultimately set the market for house prices for a scheme ultimately deemed a gread success by all stakeholders.
