The Former Three Cups Hotel is situated in a prime location within Broad Street, Lyme Regis which is the main commercial thoroughfare of the town. The current owners are committed to developing the property broadly in accordance with the approved schemes, but recognise that alternative schemes could be considered. As the owners are not property developers, a partner is sought to assist in bringing the scheme or a similar scheme forward.
