Objective: Bring together stakeholders to arrive at a consensus on a strategic transport node with affordable housing, hoteling and ancillary commercial uses.

Seven years of winning the hearts and minds of local authorities and businessmen with investigative grant monies from government sources to arrive at an allocation within the local plan for a strategic site. This lead to identifying by interview the right partner with the a national perspective and the skills and resources to take on the detail planning permission on what is a sensitive site to the town and local landscape.

At all points advising the landowner on matters of value to include legacy appreciation as well as benefit to the community where opportunity is limited it being within a World Heritage Site.

The landowners see a scheme of merit and long lasting benefit locally with some cash return and no unrecovered financial outlay.
