- Preparing and delivering submissions to an Arbitrator for landowners in a dispute on land value for a scheme of 320 units in Essex.
- Advice on regularising Option Agreements so that Landowners may equalize the proceeds, Tim Cann subsequently acted for a consortium of landowners in submitting Representations to an Independent Expert in relation to a dispute on land value for a scheme of 1,500 residential units and associated employment land in Oxfordshire.
- Tim Cann was instructed to submit Representations by a national housebuilder to an Independent Expert in relation to a dispute on land value on a residential site of 1,100 units in Hertfordshire, concluding with a settlement of the price within the formal process. Tim is currently working on a similar instruction in the same county in relation to a scheme of 1,500 units for a consortium of house builders.
